2. Sand washing quantity is reduced or sand leakage;  Should timely check whether the screen is damaged, timely replacement.
3. Bearing temperature is too high;  Check and replace the bearing, and replace the grease in time.
4. The discharge port is blocked;  The feeding should be stopped, the discharge mouth should be opened to avoid silting, and the operation can be started only after clean with water.
5. There are many reasons why the machine cannot start, such as insufficient voltage, belt slipping, reducer failure, motor damage, it should be checked, change the voltage supply, check the belt strip, overhaul the reducer, replace the new motor.
6. The machine has noise;  It may be bearing damage or reducer failure, which should be repaired immediately.
7. Rotation noise is larger;  It may be that the gear is not lubricated enough. Grease should be added immediately.  If the gear spacing changes, the reducer anchor bolts should be adjusted and tightened.
