Will the abrasion of the lining plate of jaw crusher affect the output?

Jaw crusher is the most widely used crushing equipment in the field of crushing engineering. Its working principle is that the motor through the transmission device to transfer the power to the eccentric shaft and through the eccentric movement of the eccentric shaft so that the moving star relative to the fixed star for reciprocating swing. The material falling into the crushing chamber is crushed by repeated extrusion, splitting and bending. In the process of material crushing and discharging, the material produces friction on the moving jaw and the lining plate at the same time, resulting in the wear of the lining plate. Then there are three main factors affecting wear resistance of jaw crusher lining plate:
1. Nature of the crushed material: but the nature of the crushed material is not artificially changed and selected.
2. Lining material: Lining material can be selected and changed, but good material is at the cost of increasing the cost. In addition to technical performance, the selection is based on comprehensive economic indicators.
3. Moving jaw motion condition: this will determine the relative movement and force condition between the broken material and the lining plate in the process of crushing and discharging.
Jaw crusher fixed lining plate (tooth plate), moving jaw lining plate (tooth plate), both sides of the lining plate (protection plate) is easy to wear, serious wear makes the product particle size larger. Early wear, the tooth plate can be used, or the upper and lower two heads. Jaw plate wear, mostly in the lower middle, when the tooth height wear off 3/5, that is, the need to replace the root lining plate. When the two sides of the lining wear 2/5, also need to replace the lining. When one end of the liner has slight wear or moderate wear, it can be turned around to adjust the use, so that the material can be used to a large extent, not only save the cost of parts replacement, but also can play a good role. But when wear to a certain extent, it will affect the stability of product particle size, so it is necessary to replace accessories in time, in order to better enter a good running state.
