Application and effect improvement of wear-resisting alloy hammer in cement plant

With the rapid development of cement industry in China, new dry method technology is widely used.  In the whole cement clinker production line, wear-resistant alloy hammer is used to break limestone raw material and cement clinker of grate cooler respectively.  Here we analyze the characteristics of these two working conditions and the choice of wear resistant alloy hammer.  

The crushing of limestone raw material in the new dry process clinker production line is generally used in the mine single stage hammer crusher, which is characterized by large feeding size and large crushing ratio.  Mainly by wear-resistant alloy hammer head in the crushing chamber of limestone for strong impact, mainly in the form of stone iron crushing, broken limestone fell on the grate plate, smaller than the gap of the grate plate into the next process.  The limestone left on the grate plate continues to be hit and pressed by hammerheads until the particle size is acceptable.  In the production process, wear-resistant alloy hammer and grate plate wear consumption is very large, which requires the selection of products with good wear resistance, otherwise it is necessary to replace crusher parts many times, reduce production efficiency, increase production cost.  Limestone is belonging to the following materials of medium hardness, wear-resistant alloy hammer can be selected with high chromium alloy hammer and super high manganese steel hammer Mn18Cr2.  The high chromium alloy hammer here is what we call the bimetal hot composite hammer. It has the characteristics of high hardness and good toughness. The disadvantage is that there can be no iron and other high hardness material blocks in the feed.  Super high manganese steel hammer is on the basis of ordinary high manganese steel hammer to increase the manganese content, and the addition of chromium, molybdenum and other metals, increase the material hardenability and hardenability, improve the work hardening ability of high manganese steel, good stability, not easy to break, the disadvantage is that there is no high chromium alloy hammer wear resistance.  

The working condition of grate cooler cement clinker crusher is small feed size, low hardness, easy to break, relatively speaking, alloy hammer wear is small, the selection range of hammer is relatively wide, high chromium alloy hammer, high manganese steel hammer, super manganese steel hammer can meet the needs.
