    Three main points of jaw crusher lining plate:  

 

    1. Selection of lining plate quality: The lining plate should be made of wear-resistant materials. Generally, white cast iron is used for small ones, and high manganese steel is used for large ones.  In order to make the lining plate each force is uniform, often in the lining plate and jaw plate between the pad with plastic liner, such as lead plate, aluminum plate, zinc alloy plate, low carbon steel plate or perfusion cement mortar, to ensure that the lining plate and jaw plate closely combined.

    3, prevent the wear of the lining plate: because the wear of the lining plate of the jaw crusher is not uniform, usually the lower part of the wear is faster.  Therefore, in order to prolong its service life, the thickness of the fixed plate should be increased. The original thickness of the fixed plate can be increased from 70 mm to 140 mm. After the lining plate is thickened, the included Angle between the jaw crusher mobile plate and the fixed plate is reduced by 2°, the crushing efficiency is increased by 12%, the wear area of the lining plate is increased by 300 LNLN, and the feeding center is 70 mm away from the body.  The center line of the feeding hopper also reduces the wear of the lining plate of the feeding hopper.
