The role of wearing hammer in the crushing process

Wearing hammers are frequently needed consumable parts for sand making enterprises. We all know that crushing is the process of reducing large pieces of material. Generally, mechanical external force is applied to overcome intermolecular cohesion to break the material. According to the size of the material to be crushed and the particle size of the crushed material, the crushing operation can be divided into several stages, such as coarse crushing, medium crushing, fine crushing, coarse grinding and fine grinding, but there is no strict division between them. Different industries have different crushing grade standards. The main crushing equipment currently on the market are: vertical shaft impact crusher, roller crusher, hammer crusher, tube mill, etc. The most mainstream sand making machine is a vertical shaft impact crusher. The vertical shaft impact crusher has two types: "stone hitting stone" and "stone hitting iron". The "stone hitting stone" type is used for the processing of abrasive materials; the "stone hitting iron" type is used for the processing of less abrasive materials. The sand formation rate of the "Stone-on-Stone" type is 10-20% higher than that of the "Stone-on-Stone" type. There is also a horizontal-shaft sand making machine on the market, which is a forced discharge crusher by adjusting the diameter of the inner screen of the sand making machine to adjust the particle size of the finished sand. The crushing method is a combination of three crushing methods: crushing method, impact method and grinding and stripping method, which has the following advantages:
1>For the crushing of fine materials, the crushing method is easy to force the materials until they are broken, and the crushing efficiency is high;
2>The impact method can make the material break along the weak point, and at the same time give the material a speed, so that the material will collide and scrape, and the material will be crushed and shaped during the collision and scraping process. A. When the material is less than 10mm, due to the working mechanism of the crusher, the crushing efficiency of the crusher is significantly reduced and the output is reduced;
B. Due to the continuous impact and friction between the materials during the production process, the materials are over-fragmented and produce a lot of fine powder (up to 20%);
C. In the required particle gradation of machine-made sand formed after crushing, the middle section (0.6-1.18mm) has a small proportion of particles, resulting in poor gradation of finished sand.
