1. Iron ore tailings processing technology product plan
1) Coarse aggregate: According to the gradation requirements of aggregate in GB/T 14685-2011 "Pebbles and Crushed Stones for Construction", the waste rock is crushed, sieved, modified and sorted to produce coarse aggregate 5-10mm , 10-20mm, 20-31.5mm.
2) Machine-made sand: Use the -5 mm material produced by the coarse aggregate production system to produce 0.3-4 mm fine sand and 4-5 mm coarse sand after screening-sand washing-magnetic separation.
2. Process flow
2.1 Coarse aggregates for construction are viewed from the nature of the raw materials: the general hardness coefficient of this material is 10-12, which is difficult to break. Amphibolite is a neutral diagenetic rock, and its SiO2 content is generally 52%-66%. The SiO2 content in the material is relatively high, which is not suitable for crushing with a hammer crusher. In this project, the material below -0.3mm is classified as fine mud, which has no commercial value. When the cone crusher is used, the output of the fine mud is 10%, and the output of the hammer crusher is >20%. Regardless of the nature of the ore or the economic point of view, combined with the production experience of the same type of project, this material is crushed with a cone crusher, and the impact crusher is trimmed. According to the different sources of materials, different crushing processes are used.
3.1 Iron ore infrastructure and rock-stripping waste rock
Three-stage and one-closed-circuit crushing is adopted. After the materials are roughly crushed by the jaw crusher, they enter the cone crusher and undergo the second-stage crushing. The second-stage crushed products enter the impact crusher for further crushing and shaping. The impact crusher and vibrating screen are composed Closed circuit. The fine-grained materials produced by crushing and screening are fed into the sand making system for sand making.
3.2 Dry selection of waste rock
Dry selected waste rock in the processing plant is generally produced from the product under the second-stage crushing screen, with a particle size of -90mm. Adopt pre-screening two stages and one closed circuit crushing. The materials are pre-screened by a heavy-duty screen, and the materials below 150mm are screened in two stages and crushed in a closed circuit. The materials are pre-screened by a heavy-duty screen. The materials below 150mm are fed into the impact crusher buffer bin. Qualified products from the impact crusher are conveyed to the three-layer circular vibrating screen through a belt. The three-stage crushing operation and the circular vibrating screen form a closed circuit. The fine-grained materials produced by crushing and screening are fed into the sand making system for sand making.
2.2 Sand making
Two kinds of sand making materials enter the sand making buffer bin. Sand making adopts screening, sand washing and dehydration processes. The sand making system adopts screening, magnetic separation, sand washing and dehydration processes.
